Fruit Recognition is a key task in numerous applications, including agricultural production, food quality control, and inventory management. Addressing the growing need for automated and efficient classification, this project presents a comprehensive approach for automatic fruit recognition using diffusion maps and machine learning techniques. The proposed methods focuses on capturing high-quality images of fruits, which are then pre-processes to enhance image consistency by normalizing lighting conditions and improving overall image quality.
