Online gaming refers to playing video games over the online platform, allowing players to interact with others in real time, regardless of their physical presence. Games can vary from a simple structured game to a complex structured multiplayer games where it requires hardcore strategies, teamwork and communication. Online games can be played on various digital devices like PCs, consoles, mobile phones depending on the preference of the gamer and the availability of the game on a particular device. The research paper aims on online gaming and its impact on Gen Z. It reflects and highlights the various advantageous and disadvantageous influence and impacts of online gaming on the Gen Z. The study uses both the primary and secondary data and implements the use of descriptive study method. The findings indicate that the online gaming have both positive and negative impact and influence upon Gen Z and it is about a person how he treats online games and his response towards it. With reference to the findings above it can be stated that online gaming has both positive and adverse impact towards Genz and it is about a particular person how he or she deals with it.
