This study explores the mechanics, applications, advantages, most recent advancements, and future prospects of nanorobots in drug therapy to demonstrate their potential to revolutionize modern medicine. There is discussion of possible strategies for overcoming challenges like clinical translation, biocompatibility, moral dilemmas, and manufacturing complexity. In the end, nanorobotic technology may usher in a new era of personalized, responsive, and intelligent healthcare systems.
