This project presents a unified web-based platform that integrates home service booking with smart home automation to simplify and modernize everyday household management. Developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), the system enables users to book essential services such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters through a responsive and user-friendly dashboard. To enhance reliability, the platform incorporates AI/ML algorithms that analysis user feedback and ratings to intelligently sort and recommend the most suitable service providers. Along with service booking, the system includes an IoT-driven smart home automation module, allowing users to control appliances such as lights, fans, and air conditioners through both manual dashboard controls and voice commands using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. The automation is implemented using ESP32, relay modules, and cloud-based APIs, with support for hardware-free Fan and Light control through open-source web server.
