Abstract : North East India is recognized as one of the most critical and unique cultural hub of the nation. This part of the nation is composite whole of with states with diverse Tribal Communities, linguistic and ethnic identities since the beginning of the outhenitic history of this region there had occoured a huge amount of Migration of various diverse communities to this region. With their cultural identities and they have been living permanently peacefully. Thus, this part of the country creates a potential Tourism hotspot and it leads to become in international hospot in respects of cultural tourism activities. This paper would be an holistic investigation through which an attempt would be made to find out the various prospects and problems of cultural tourism by adopting descriptive method of study.
