Title

Cyclic Voltammetric studies of a simple ascidian Phallusia nigra

Abstract

Ethanolic extract of Phallusia nigra was investigated for its chemical constituents. Cyclic voltammetric technique was used to assess its antioxidant activity. The results show the good antioxidant activity of the extract and the electrochemical behaviour of the constituents in it at glassy carbon electrode.
