Octagon-Cell Interconnection Networks: Performance Parameters and Its Analysis
Abstract
This paper presents the performance parameters of Octagon-Cell Interconnection Networks through various Lemmas. These parameters have been analyzed in contrast to other networks such as Hypercube, 3D Hexagonal, 2D Torus, Ring, Linear Array, Cube-Connected Cycle and Binary Tree. The parameters of this network have been proved through Lemmas in terms of depth of the network and number of nodes.
