Title

A STUDY OF CUSTOMERS RETENTION AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IN HOSPITALITY SECTOR

Abstract

The hotel business today has been seen as an overall industry, with producers and buyers spread the world over. The usage of lodgings workplaces, for instance, room, nourishment, bar, move club or wellness focus; is never again seen as an excess. For certain people, these organizations have become an essential portion of the lifestyle. Client maintenance alludes to a long haul duty with respect to lodging industry to keep up the association with client. Client maintenance alludes to a client participating in an understanding, either formal or casual, over some stretch of time, which incorporates post-buy conduct of client. Customer retention is accomplished by giving the great assistance and keeping up the great associations with the clients. In this research endeavor has been made to discover the elements influencing customer retention friendliness division through survey of 200 respondents.
