Abstract: An experiment was carried out in Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab during cropping season of 2017 with a view to examine the effect of macronutrients (NPK) and micro nutrients (Boron & Sulphur) application on growth, yield and quality characters of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.). The experimental material comprises one variety i.e. Kufri Jyoti with nine different treatment combinations. Treatment T9 (N: P: K @ 180:90:120 Kg /ha+ boron @ 2 Kg/ha+ sulphur 40Kg) was found to be optimum treatment combinations for weight of tuber which resulted in higher yield of potato. Dominance of treatment 9 was shown on quality characters. Thus it can be concluded that for maximizing the productivity of potato, the treatment T9 is best combination.
