Conductive polymer coating not only changes the materials conductivity but also modified its physical, chemical and mechanical properties, which are important to the end products. While imparting electrical conductivity and a dark color to substrate, the coating process barely affects the strength, drape, flexibility, and porosity of the staring materials. Hence this paper, discussed with evaluation methods for conductive coated textiles such as conductivity test, chemical testing, mechanical testing and physical testing methods.
