An essential step in assessing companies is fundamental analysis, which sheds light on their general viability, growth potential, and financial health. For stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to make wise decisions, this analysis is crucial. This study examines the value of basic analysis in startups, emphasizing its essential elements and effects on choices. In order to do the analysis, financial accounts are examined in order to evaluate the startup's growth potential, liquidity, and profitability. The management team's competence is also assessed. The research also emphasizes the significance of data-driven, prospective analysis that takes into account non-financial as well as financial issues. The study also examines pertinent literature on cutting-edge techniques and tools utilized in startup analysis, such data mining and artificial intelligence. The research's technique consists of the collection and analysis of financial data from startups in different industries, using tools such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, correlation analysis, comparative statement analysis, and deviation analysis. However, the study faces limitations due to the limited availability of financial information for startups, variability in accounting practices, and lack of historical data for startups with limited operating history.
