Abstract

ABSTRACT Numerical solutions of the equations of motion and energy for MHD boundary layer viscous incompressible fluid flow and heat transfer with combined effect of hydrodynamic and thermal slip over a permeable nonlinear stretching sheet in a saturated porous medium is presented in the present work. The electrically conducting fluid occupies a partially inestimable absorbent space.The non-linear partial differential equations and boundary conditions are condensed to a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations and boundary conditions by similarity transformations.Runge-Kutta shooting method is implemented to solve the reduced system of equations.Graphs are depicted for dissimilar values of the budding parameters, such as stretching parameter n, magnetic parameter M, porosity parameter fw, buoyancy parameter ,Prandtl number Pr,Eckert number Ec, hydrodynamic slip parameter , porous parameter ,and thermal slip parameter and discussed.
