Spatial modelling for most geographic information systems is a fundamental part of (GISs). However, typical GIS models may demand considerable time and storage and have limited functionality of statistical and machine-learning. Many have parallelized spatial models utilising numerous coding libraries and deployed these models in a multiprocessor environment to address these restrictions. However, few have highlighted the inefficiencies associated with the spatial modelling framework utilised to carry out such analyses. In this study we discover a frequent inefficiency in the processing of spatial models and show a new strategy to tackling them utilising lazy assessment approaches. We are also introducing a new coding library that incorporates the numerical libraries Accord.NET and ALGLIB, and employs lazy testing to support a wide range of spatial, statistical, and machine training techniques within a new GIS modelling framework known as Function Modeling.
