The performance of industries chiefly depends on customer needs, which is greatly influenced by customer satisfaction. In the era of rapid change due design by innovation in world market, in India also industries are rapidly changing their outlook by using best engineering practices in product development which directly and indirectly helps to augment profit through customer delight. This paper is used to show how value engineering (VE) analysis can be used as a tool to increase productivity and profit of an organization by enhancing satisfaction of different customer need level like expecters, spoken, unspoken and exciters. Different guidelines of VE analysis are monitored during different phases of application of the standard value engineering principles on wall plastering semi-automatic spray gun which is used for construction work.
