Non Performing Assets are the trending concern for banks today. Non-Performing assets shows the bad impact on profitability and if there is high level of NPA that means there is high numbers of credit defaulters that is very danger sign for the banks for its performance and for its Goodwill in the market. Investors are afraid of Investing their money in those banks whose NPA are more and Increase year by year. In my research, I explained the impact of Non-performing assets on the financial performance of Punjab National Bank. I also shows the relationship between Net Profit and Net NPA of the Punjab National Bank, the causes behind it and the measure taken by RBI to curb( Reducing) it. In this paper analyze that how Punjab National Bank manage their NPA.
