Thus, housing is a prerequisite to civilized life. Housing is considered not only a basic need, but it is an instrument of change to generate income that provides safety and security to the family, which contributes to increasing productivity. It also plays an important role in the socio-psychological development of individuals because housing is considered fundamental to man’s existence and survival. This study aims to explore This paper shows the strong interest that how the trend of housing finance is increasing day by day.
