COVID19, a declared global pandemic, had come to ears at the end of 2019, and now become a major threat to human existence. However, violence against women and children remains at lower rank till date. COVID19 is in the air these days but such violence, in no ways falls short of its bad. Author has tried to examine the matter of violence against them holistically in the light of ancient diaspora and the contemporary COVID19 pandemic and putting efforts to trace the common indent of the issue during Ebola Virus Disease [EVD] as well. It is widely accepted that women and children are always prone to assaults; harassment (may be psychological, physical, and mental) and such pandemics serve a better room and acts as a positive promoters for violence against them, and that in no way to be appreciated. In this article the author has tried to study the curve of the issue and to find a way forward to its redressal.
