Title

INTERLAMINAR FRACTURE OF AEROSPACE COMPOSITES MATERIALS

Abstract

Composite bonded joints are widely used in the aircraft components, which are frequently subjected to impact loading. Composite materials mode II fracture analysis with respect to stress, shear stress and strain energy we studied. The resistance to delamination is one of the most essential structural characteristics of composites made up of fibers and polymers. The use of fracture mechanics to calculate interlaminar fracture energies Gc for different composite materials made of fibers and polymers using test geometries of mode I/II fractures.
