In the present Indian society due to the improvement of health services and nutritional status spread of education among the people ,the death rate has decreased in the country and the life expectancy age of the people has increased.But on the basis of research that the major problems of older women are physical disabilities and health problem .The government should make arrangement for regular free health check-up and treatment etc. Any other non-government organizations private and corporate sector should also take active part in coming forward to solve the healrh and medical problems of older women.
