Title

A study on passenger satisfaction on service provided by Indian Railway

Abstract

The present study focuses on passenger satisfaction on service provided by Indian Railway at Coimbatore. The majority of problems are unavailability of tickets through online booking, punctuality, handling of complaints, quality of travel, facilities in trains. So, it is attempted of making them aware about the services available and satisfaction level of passengers in railway stations.
