Title

REVIEW ON SOME LATEST C-N BOND FORMATION REACTIONS BY USING HYPERVALENT IODINE REAGENT

Abstract

Hypervalent iodine chemistry is a highly growing area in synthetic chemistry because of its environmentally benign nature, mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, and high yield. In synthetic chemistry metal free C-N bond formation reactions have high demand. This review summarizes the use of hypervalent iodine in carbon-nitrogen bond formation with emphasis on their application in heterocyclic compound synthesis.
