In a world where effective communication is integral to human connection and idea exchange, the challenges faced by the 95 million individuals worldwide affected by deafness and speech difficulties have underscored the necessity for innovative solutions. To address the barriers posed by these challenges, we have committed ourselves to the development of avant-garde sign language recognition software, with a specific focus on American Sign Language (ASL) utilizing cutting-edge Computer Vision technology. Our pioneering software facilitates seamless communication for the disabled through intuitive gesture-based interactions with various applications. The core objective of our initiative is to bridge the existing chasm between the potential of ASL communication and the available technological support. We are dedicated to the creation of a solution that not only assists individuals with hearing and speech impairments in expressing themselves effectively but also cultivates a deeper understanding and engagement with the broader community. Leveraging the intricacies of ASL and harnessing the progress in machine learning, our proposed system aims to establish a dependable, easily accessible, and all-encompassing mechanism for accurate sign language detection.
