Role of Job Satisfaction Among Private and Government School Teachers.

Abstract
Abstract: - The present study is focused on comparative study on job satisfaction among
private and government school teachers. The sample was carried out in Lalitpur distract with
private and government school teachers aged between 28-55 years. They were selected by
accidental sampling method and they also belong to urban residence. Findings revealed that
the government school teachers are more satisfied in comparison of private school teachers.
