Microsponges distribute the medication release in a regulated manner to a specific location within the body. The microsponges had been the subject of several patents. The drug delivery mechanism used by microsponges is thought to be an inventive and unique approach to reaching the intended drug delivery goal; using this method, controlled medication delivery may be completed quickly and simply.
