Abstract
Nowadays providing solutions to information Security becoming challenging task, as many counter solutions are coming in to the market which gives counter solution to the existing solutions given for the security. In this concern, Dark Web is a WWW web content, which is misused by many unwanted group of people, though they have their own merits of usage. In this paper, it is addressed about the procedure behind dark web, its merits and demerits of using this dark web.
