Title

Optimization for Bahunia Racemosa Fiber Reinforced Composites Using Taguchi

Abstract

Abstract: Due to the widespread use of highly automated machine tools, production requires accurate models and methods for predicting output performance of the machining process. The determination of better machining conditions for minimizing the roundness error plays an important role in industry. In this work, Taguchi method is used to optimize the process parameters of two wheeler brake disk made of bahunia racemose composites in turning process. The cutting parameters like force, speed, feed rate and depth of cut are optimized to get the minimum roundness error.
