The present paper investigated a complex system, which is having “n” identical units in parallel configuration, with the help of Markov process and mathematical modelling. The general results regarding the various transitions state probabilities have been obtained and used for finding the time dependent reliability and MTTF of a system which is having a specific number of units. The obtained results can be implemented in any system which is having any number of parallel units for finding the different performance measures of the same. The behavior of reliability and MTTF for the considered system is demonstrated with the aid of different graphs.
