This study evaluates the Analysis and Design of Pipe carrying structure in Thermal Power Project such as Pipe Racks.Pipe racks are the most important structure in Oil and Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical Projects, Power Plants and many otherindustrialstructures.FormostloadsthePiperacksweredesignedasprimarycriticalloadsandpipeloads.Inthisreport,theanalysisofthepiperackwithsufficientloadsandsuitableconfigurationisperformedusingsoftwaresuchasSTAADPro.AspertheIndiancode, the design and analysis of pipe rack was done. Various loads such as Dead Load, Live Load, Wind Load, Pipe Empty Load,PipeFullLoadandtheircombinationsare considered.
