Every profession that impresses people for reason of heart is a profession in which a teacher and the work they do suffer from losing heart. As far as India is concerned, the lessons were taught to the students through the Gurukula education in the homes of the sages in the forest. When the blackboard system came in 1814 it was introduced in Indian classrooms. The classroom system is entirely different in the Indian education system. So the Indians not known the hand practice a long time to this blackboard system. The exams are written online and then the teacher says the answer sheet of those online exams and then gives the marks. Similarly, marks are sent to universities online and their degrees are awarded. The teacher needs to know well about the local situation, which is very intense, to teach the lesson. If the teacher goes to teach the lesson and if the teacher goes to teach the lesson if the teacher goes to teach in the villages it should know about the villages. As per Tamilnadu, it has a diverse ethnic-religious, social and cultural background. Even so, what a teacher needs to land is the basic things that if she is here in a uniform language. The teacher has to be creative because he has to stand in balance and explain. He must be is constructed as well as he must be role model. Actors well and bear guide to subject you reach more because he has to be a driving force for this understanding. Student in a scientific manner, this is even possible in an age where there are so many Technologies. No matter how much a teacher stands in front of the blackboard and teaches with all his energy. The purpose of teachers is to pass on knowledge to students. Because they exists now as a digital resource. Then they taught the lesson by writing on the blackboard as before. Teaching cannot reduce to technique; good teaching comes from the identity and integrity of the teacher.
