Abstract:
An integral part of ELT learning, the instructors play more effective role than the learner to drive the students towards what actually they need to accomplish in language learning. This article concentrates on what parameters a language learner should possess. A questionnaire has been designed to discover an instructor’s background, previous learning experiences, and the strategies that we can use while learning a foreign language. The following parameters can be considered to be a successful language promoter.
