Abstract
The acceptance of third-generation (3G) cellular networks have become widespread throughout India, as mobile phones utilize these communication standards to transfer data with the operator base station. The latest advancement, fourth-generation (4G), is creating a revolution in mobile telecommunications technology. To grasp the reasons behind the need for 4G networks and the challenges that may arise during the transition process, a semi-structured interview using grounded theory was carried out. The findings of the study provide useful insights for professionals working on the development of this technology.
