Education encourages the capacities of young people in a society. In connection to this teacher plays a very important role in bringing about the best in each child. It is a fact that the success of educational system depends on the quality of teacher itself. Thus, the quality of higher education depends upon those who impart it. Teachers act as motivational force to create a learning environment in which the students are encouraged to think carefully, rationally and express their thought and feeling in real practical situation. Teachers must be conscious of their work and have devotion to their duty with the primary aim of teaching student to understand and to guide. The basic skills of reading, writing, and arithmetic is an essential part of quality education. A quality education helped manage to provide all students with a comprehensive education and appropriate preparation for their future life. This paper aims to examine the teacher’s role in providing quality education. The quality education can be promoted by creating an educational environment.
