Malaysia is now one of the best and financially sound country in South East Asia. Shari’ah based Islamic banking has developed as a significant module of Malaysia's financial system, contributing to the country's economic growth and steadiness. This article explores the impact of Islamic banking on Malaysia's economy, examining its development, principles, and contributions. Through an analysis of empirical data and industry reports, the article highlights the role of Islamic banking in promoting financial inclusion, fostering economic development, and enhancing the overall stability of the Malaysian economy.
