The article "Lallup: A Socio-Economic and Political Organization" by Heisnam Nilkant Singh explores the Lallup system, a traditional socio-economic and political organization in the Meitei kingdom of Manipur. It delves into the origins, structure, and functions of the Lallup system, which was introduced during the reign of King Loyamba in 1110 A.D.
