Title

Leveraging CSR Regulations for Sustainable and Inclusive Development

Abstract

Over the course of the past few days, the business sector has been undergone significant transformations. One of the most important factors in the expansion of a company is the assimilation of innovative ideas. CSR is frequently mentioned in statements such as "CSR exclusively benefits disadvantaged workers in developing countries" or "CSR serves as a distraction for corporate managers." Both of these statements are examples of commonly used phrases. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), on the other hand, is becoming increasingly recognised as a business opportunity that is both present and forthcoming as time goes on. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not merely a requirement; rather, it is an essential component of the strategic business plan that aims to attract new customers and promote sustainable development. A noteworthy pattern was dissected in the study. Health, education, and environmental sustainability were given a significant amount of importance by the companies. A comprehensive analysis of the innovative regulatory measures that Indian corporations have implemented in order to achieve sustainable development is presented in this study. Within the scope of this paper, the financial performance, corporate social responsibility (CSR) contributions, and specific areas of contribution made by Indian companies are discussed.
