Creative activity is goal-oriented and the creative act of writing self-evidently involves; making connections, meaning, composing and communicating. Writing is shaped through the generative and reflective processes of production, as writers create and critique their compositions, both consciously and unconsciously, as they write. Good spatial thinkers can choose or even create representations that are suitable for the writing task at hand. Being proficient at spatial thinking entails the ability to select and create appropriate spatial representations, based on sound knowledge of content in a specific domain. The present study makes efforts to find the influence of spatial reasoning on creative writing skills of degree students.
