Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Transition metal oxides / mixed metal oxides have various applications as catalyst, photocatalyst, sensors, superconductors, adsorbent, ceramics, fuels, antifungal agents and have large number of applications in medicines. These transition metal / mixed metal oxides play a very important role in day to day human life. Today transition metal oxides are attracting special attention of scientists due to their easy mode of formation and multifunctional behavior. In this paper an attempt has been made to focus on their applications as Adsorbent in various chemical reactions.
