Title

A Frame Selective and Pattern Processed Model for Effective Video Watermarking

Abstract

In this paper, a dynamic video watermarking model is presented to improve the secrecy of invisible watermarking. The video frame selection and feature adaptive pattern generation is defined in this research. The DWT based frame similarity analysis is applied for effective frame selection. Once the frames are identified, the block segmentation is applied on each effective frame. The feature adaptive evaluation is performed on each frame block. The parameters considered in this research for frame evaluation are energy, entropy and frequency. The rules are applied on the feature blocks to generate the pattern where the secret image is hide. In the final stage of this research, the histogram shift is applied on the pixel bits of generated frame patterns to perform the video watermarking. The secret image is equally distributed over each effective frame. The proposed model is applied on real time videos. The evaluation results are taken in terms of MSE, PSNR, BCR and Similarity ratio. The results identified that the proposed model has provided the effective results for video watermarking.
