Establishment, growth, and development of enterprises are of great importance to the economic development of every country in the world. It can be seen that industrialization and the raw materials produced from them have had a great impact on modern life. It is almost impossible to leave these things and live a life away from them. The influence of industries can be seen from the fact that it is impossible to imagine today's life without materials like iron, steel, cement, paper, cloth, sugar, etc. Developing countries give more importance to agriculture and industrial sectors. The success of any industry also depends on the workers there, and the efforts of the workers are necessary. Workers are called the backbone of industrial sectors. So we know that any industry is economically advanced, i.e., how much labor is working there.
