Title

IMPROVING THE HEAT TRANSFER RATE OF AC CONDENSER BY OPTIMIZING MATERIAL

Abstract

Air-con methods have condenser that gets rid of unwanted heat from the refrigerant and transfers that warmth outdoors. The most important element of a condenser is customarily the condenser coil, via which the refrigerant flows. Due to the fact, the AC condenser coil comprises refrigerant that absorbs warmth from the surrounding air, the refrigerant temperature have to be greater than the air. On this thesis heat transfer via convection in AC by way of various the refrigerants are decided by CFD and thermal analysis. The assessment is out on an air-cooled tube condenser of a vapour compression cycle for air con procedure. The substances regarded for tubes are Copper and Aluminium alloys 6061 and 7075. The refrigerants different will be R 22, R 134 and R407C. CFD evaluation is finished to determine temperature distribution and warmness switch rates by using various the refrigerants. Heat transfer analysis is finished on the condenser to evaluate the simpler fabric. 3D modeling is finished in CREO and analysis is done in ANSYS.
