The development of the Internet along with the increasing ease of use of multimedia applications has given ascends to the number of problems in medical science and defense applications. The simplicity of communication has given rise to numerous seclusion problems which can be addressed by watermarking. This paper proposes a vigorous watermarking method based on surface matching of the watermark with the host image. The watermark is texturized using Arnold transform and matching is found using block cipher and spread spectrum watermarking. The watermark is inserted at numerous places in the image to make certain the security of the image in minor parts. The simulation of the proposed approach is done using MATLAB toolbox and different image dataset such as Leena, Barbara, Baboon, Fruit, and Peeper etc. The efficacy of the algorithm is tested in terms of MSE (Mean Square Error), PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio) and NCC (normalized correlation coefficient).
