This paper is an attempt to study the quality of work life factors and its impact on the organizational commitment of employees of travel industry in national capital region. Survey method was used to collect the data and based on the data collected the findings of the study were proposed. The major findings of the study suggested that there is a strong positive relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment amongst the employees of travel industry. Practical implications are offered along with the limitations and suggestions for future research.
