The proposed article deals with the Ukrainian crisis and its impact on Russia- Germany relations. As Russia and Germany has always share close relations in several fields such as, culture, tarde, energy political etc, but the 2014 Ukraine crisis has impacted their overall cooperation especially in the economic and energy sector as it was Germany, who among the European actors has taken a main lead in dealing with Ukrainian crisis by putting sanctions on Russia. However even after the sharp downfall in their energy cooperation the leaders of both the states are continuously making their effort to make place for talks and as a result have formed many bilateral as well as multilateral forum where they are finding ways to deal with the situation. This aticle will discuss the overall impact of Ukraine crisis on Russia-German relations as a whole and as well will look into the possibility for cooperation by the states.
