Title

Analysis of sliding distance over friction coefficient and Characterization of hybrid Aluminium metal matrix composites

Abstract

In this paper the characterization of hybrid metal matrix composites and the effect of sliding distance of friction coefficient is studied.Silcon carbide and Boron carbide are used as reinforcement in the fabrication of hybrid aluminium metal matrix composites.Stir casting process is used to fabricate the specimen. Pin on disc equipment was employed to analyse the wear resistance.
