After impact of world war I and II in international societies ,politics and economics the universal declaration of Human Rights was initiated by human rights commission, its documents outlines that all people must have basic rights of expression, seek asylum when their rights are violated by someone else or country .Human rights are being as most pivotal and indispensable in each country ‘s people’s life ,whose rights are guarding life, fetching opportunities ,defending their life from unknown harmful activities of other and enabling them to perform their basic social, civil, political and economical duties with an interest to serve to nation and to their family. comments and explanations were given by so many scholar as to illustrate and laminate the evolution of human rights principles and rights .In this regard most of scholars and thinkers are advocated that human rights are endowed and gifted by the god and natural ,is an equivalent to good so both god and natural are same which gave all rights in birth itself to human being .By these rights people have been performing ,executing and accomplishing all their indispensable takes to satisfy their needs in social, political and economical. Rights alone is allowing and enabling human being to know and release that they are human being living with value, dignity, respects and responsibility they will hurt and get resentment when it is violated and disturbed by any one so, they struggled and sought that they do need protection and safety. To guaranty, safeguard, protect and preserve their life from known and unknown person’s disturbances and nuances in their social, political and economical aspects. Toward respecting, protecting and accommodating their rights constitution, judiciary and human rights commissions of India have been working tirelessly, its presence and role in terms of protecting people’s rights has been necessary one thereby people are able to conduct their life freely, communicate easily and perform their task hurdle free. Nobody would have understood and known that there is human rights at the heart of each and every ones birth itself ,which came to people’s knowledge and awareness when it was identify them self during war and conflict time ,on other hand it was understood thoroughly and purely by all people when they loses and lost their rights during the conflict and disharmony time .After seeing ,verifying and analyzing the great irreparable devastation and holocaust were caused by invisible cold war and first world war ,an entire society was integrated together to plead ,preach and propose about the human rights violations across the so many countries. Based on the outcome of these wars ,conflicts and controversial were held between country to country led has led to creation of forum, dialogue, conferences ,proceeding and platform therein international human rights was constituted by the international leaders with an interest to preserve and protect human rights in international level during the war and migration time. Under the guidelines and prospects of universal human rights declaration and guidelines all countries have to establish human rights commission to give guarantee and safeguard to its civilians during conflict, war and pandemic time, every minuets and time human rights must be protected and preserved by its constitutional mechanism according to the interest and need of the people in all countries.
