The key features in the field of the foreign policy have contesting perspectives. Both the internal and external factors determine the foreign policy of a country. Foreign policy making is indeed a challenging task. Therefore, the leaders of a country always take utmost care in framing the foreign policy. Foreign policy making cannot be seen only in the light of the emergence of internal and external factors but the increasing number of diaspora in the comparative global scenario. Indian diaspora has been a significant player in India’s foreign policy.
