Dear Editor, I, hereby, send my paper, entitled, "Tracing the Flinch of Insurgency (A study of Correlation between the MNF party and Mautam Famine in Mizoram). This paper relates to the socio-administrative issues of the North eastern States, which led to insurgency. Subsequently, the MNF is also believes to came out due to irrelevant responses from the authority during the Famine of Mizo District (now Mizoram) in 1958, causes by the aftermath effects of the Gregarious Bamboo flowering. But, this paper, unexpectedly 'Disproved' the statement. With due respect, I do send my paper for your kind necessary consideration for the coming issues of your esteemed Journal.
