Title

An Empirical Study on Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract: Information technology (IT) sector stands first in India as it plays a very important role in the land of the innovative image. Presently India is one of the largest IT resources of the world which has key players in the IT sector of the nation. Around 2.5million direct IT employees are working in India. Employee loyalty is relatively a recent concept but in reality, it is going above twenty years whilst. During the 70’s and 80’s, HR’s concentrated more on job satisfaction’.The focus then moved from satisfaction to employee loyalty. This study is done to observe the impact of job satisfaction and employee loyalty in Unilog Content Solution Pvt.Ltd. The study shows that there is a significant positive relationship among Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty. Factors like Supervisory Support, Career Development, and Job Security are dominant predictors of Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty.
