Title

RETRIAL QUEUEING SYSTEM WITH SERVER DISRUPTION

Abstract

In this paper, a retrial queueing model with service disruption is analysed. More precisely, here we assume that a customer, encountering a busy or interrupted server, proceeds to an orbit of infinite capacity and from there retries for service. We also presume that fruitless retrials may cause customer departure the system without receipt the service.
