This study designed to explore the effectiveness of audio-visual aids in teaching learning process at Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandira. Audio-visual aids are the best tool for making teaching effective and the best dissemination of knowledge. In the classroom situation, to make the lesson easy and attentive, the use of audio-visual aids play very significant role. These aids (e.g. Overhead projectors, Computers, Video-conferencing and Sound films) are using as a motivational tool in enhancing students’ attention in reading literary texts.
